Paula has built a distinguished career leading high-impact projects and teams across both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining HHNB, she held senior positions at New Brunswick Liquor, where she oversaw key departments, including property management, loss prevention, environmental health and safety, and procurement—driving results that contributed to the organization’s strategic goals.

Prior to that, Paula honed her skills as a Construction Project Manager for a commercial general contractor, successfully leading complex projects from inception to completion. Passionate about team development, problem-solving, and fostering collaboration, she is recognized for driving organizational success.

A registered Professional Engineer and Gold Seal Certified in Construction Project Management by the Canadian Construction Association, Paula combines technical expertise with strong business acumen to lead with excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
