Nadine Fullarton

Nadine Fullarton is the Chief Executive Officer of the Housing Hub of New Brunswick, where she leads a mission-driven non-profit housing development organization focused on accelerating affordable and community housing solutions across the province. She is recognized for building successful, sustainable organizations with strong governance, financial discipline, and positive, high-performing cultures. 

With nearly two decades of executive leadership experience, Nadine has led and strengthened multiple organizations across Atlantic Canada. Notably, she served for seven years as President of the Construction Association of New Brunswick – Moncton, representing more than 400 member companies across the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. In this role, she played a central part in advancing industry advocacy, workforce development, infrastructure investment, procurement reform, and policy engagement with all levels of government. Her tenure was marked by strong membership growth, effective stakeholder alignment, and elevated government-industry collaboration. 

Nadine has also served as CEO of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Moncton and held executive leadership roles with the New Brunswick Building Officials Association, the Mechanical Contractors Association of New Brunswick, and the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies in both New Brunswick and Newfoundland & Labrador. She also operated her own consulting practice, advising boards and executive teams on governance modernization, stakeholder strategy, and organizational sustainability. 

Throughout her career, Nadine has worked at the intersection of policy, industry, and community. She is known for convening diverse stakeholders — governments, municipalities, private sector leaders, and community partners — to align around shared outcomes and practical solutions. At the Housing Hub, she continues to translate housing policy frameworks into executable strategies, positioning the organization as both a trusted policy voice and a delivery partner capable of advancing shovel-ready projects and scalable community housing models. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and French from Dalhousie University and remains committed to strengthening communities through collaborative leadership, thoughtful policy engagement, and sustainable housing development.
