Manikandan Gandhi recently assumed the role of Project Coordinator for Real Estate Development at the Housing Hub of New Brunswick. With over eight years of experience in project management, he specializes in planning and scheduling, successfully steering complex projects from inception to completion while ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. 

A graduate of Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Technical Management and Services program in British Columbia, Manikandan also holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering. His deep understanding of industry best practices and cutting-edge project management tools is further enhanced by his PMI Certified associate in project management (CAPM) credential, which underpins his expertise in time management, technical skills, and effective communication—key factors in seamless stakeholder engagement and project execution. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Manikandan is an active volunteer with the Project Management Institute (PMI), contributing to community initiatives and fostering professional development. In his free time, he enjoys hiking scenic trails and sightseeing, activities that offer him the opportunity to recharge and gain new perspectives.
