Peter Milan

Peter is an experienced manager with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion throughout Atlantic Canada. He is skilled at coordinating diverse teams, managing budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals. As an accomplished leader, he enjoys mentoring team members and encouraging others to act and embrace a shared vision.

As a Senior Development Manager with the Housing Hub team, Peter applies his experience in project management to promote successful affordable housing developments that enrich lives and add value to communities. Prior to joining HHNB, he has served as an Owner’s Representative and Project Manager in the commercial real estate development and commercial construction sectors.

Peter is committed to continuous learning and professional development. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB). He holds bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and business administration from the University of New Brunswick.
