Manikandan Gandhi is a Project Coordinator for Real Estate Development at Housing Hub of New Brunswick, bringing over eight years of progressive experience in project management. He specializes in planning and scheduling, with a proven track record of guiding complex projects from inception through completion while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with scope. 

Manikandan holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a graduate of Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Technical Management and Services program in British Columbia. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). These credentials reflect his strong foundation in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. 

In addition, Manikandan is a licensed Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB), demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence and adherence to engineering standards within New Brunswick. 

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Manikandan actively volunteers with the Project Management Institute, contributing to community initiatives and supporting professional development within the industry. In his personal time, he enjoys hiking scenic trails and exploring new destinations, activities that help him recharge and maintain a well-rounded perspective.
